A Celebration Account is a salon spending account for residents that allows families and friends to connect to it and gift funds for use in the salon for purchases while earning rewards.
How it works:
PS Celebration Accounts allow families and friends to purchase gifts online and help the resident earn rewards in the salon.
Residents can get their login credentials from the POS in the salon. They will need these credentials to login to the Celebration Account portal.
How friends and family join the Celebration:
- Quickly set up a secure account, connect with the resident, and purchase your first gift
- Our salon and spa PS Pros will connect your gift with your loved one’s Celebration Account
- Once connected, your loved one will have immediate access to your gift
- Make additional gift purchases at any time and enjoy the peace of mind of providing your loved one with the services and products they love!
How does my loved one know they have funds available to them?
Our PS Pros will hand deliver notification cards to the resident alerting them that funds have been added to their Celebration Account. Once the connection is made all future gifts automatically go to the residents account.
What happens during the verification process?
Our PS Pros working in your loved one’s community, will connect directly with the account recipient, verify his/her on-site information and link them directly to their PS Celebration Account in our system.
Once complete, your loved one will be able to walk into the salon and easily use the account for any services their location offers.
Please note that once your connection is verified, all future gifts will automatically go to the residents account.
How to I know how much to put into my loved one's PS Celebration Account?
The total you add to their account is totally up to you! To help get a better idea of what’s available to your loved one, please see the full menu of products and services in the Salon Offerings tab.
What happens to the PS Gift Certificates I had purchased previously?
Your loved one can still use those Gift Certificates. If you would like a refund, please fill out the Customer Care Contact Page.
How does the spending from my loved one’s account work?
Funds are withdrawn from a resident’s PS Celebration Account on a first in, first out basis. If there are multiple deposits made to a resident’s account, only the resident will be able to see the total available. Each depositor will be able to only see the funds he/she has contributed.
Can I set up PS Celebration Accounts for multiple residents?
Yes! You can gift all of your loved ones Celebration Accounts. Even if they are in different communities.
Simply create or log into your account and select "New Connection". If they are at the same community, fill out the residents information. If they are at a different community click on "Want to purchase for a resident at a different community", you will then choose the state and community and add the residents information.
Can I add multiple residents to one PS Celebration Account?
No. Each PS Celebration Account is associated with a single resident. We are not able to offer pooled accounts at this time. Please add each resident individually by clicking add connection.
Can I set up a recurring deposit to the account?
Yes! Recurring payments are now available.
Once you have created your first connection and the connection is verified you can activate our Auto Fill-Up service so your loved one is never without salon funds.
You will see the box above on your dashboard. From there click "Set-Up", set the refill parameters and save your setting.
You will receive an email when a fill-up is made and these setting can be changed at anytime.
When I enter my credit card for payment, why does it not allow me to check out?
Your internet browser could be blocking pop-ups. Please make sure your pop-up blocker is off. Also, Google Chrome seems to be a more user-friendly browser for completing payments.
It says "Your connection is currently pending. You will receive an email when this connection is verified." What does this mean?
This is to ensure the fill up is put into the correct resident's account. After it is verified by our PS Pro in the salon, all future gifts go right into the account.
Why can't I see receipts for my loved ones services?
The account belongs to the resident and only they can see their receipts by getting their login credentials from the POS in the salon.
